Talya Krumholz is from Norman, Oklahoma, where she studied with Julie Blacksten and Mary Margaret Holt. Talya also trained in the Professional Division at Pacific Northwest Ballet School. She performed with Pacific Northwest Ballet in George Balanchine’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Kent Stowell’s Nutcracker and Cinderella, and Petipa’s Giselle. Talya performed with Pacific Northwest Ballet School in George Balanchine’s Western Symphony and Chaconne, and originated a role in A Conversation Between Us, choreographed by Andrew Bartee. Talya attended summer programs at The School of American Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet School, Ballet Austin Academy and the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute.
