About Bolshoi Ballet Academy Summer Intensives
www.BolshoiBalletAcademy.com The Annual Bolshoi Ballet Academy Summer Intensives (BBASI) are designed to provide expert training for serious ballet students through unique instruction under leading teachers from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy. BBASI programs are rigorous ballet training programs conducted in Russian language, with the assistance of English-speaking translators, that offer pre-professional ballet training through 1) class instruction, 2) open classes/performances, and 3) other activities at locations on and off campus (see program website for details). BBASI programs are specifically designed to achieve individual progress in ballet training with a strong focus on the precision of technique, increased strength, and greater musicality. BBASI offers the following programs: BBASI NY: Ages 15-22. Residential and day program focused on achieving individual progress. BBASI CT: Ages 9-14. Residential and day program focused on achieving individual progress. Bolshoi PREP: Ages 9-14. Day program in NY with an option for residency when accompanied by a parent or guardian. NSLI for YOUTH Moscow: 6-week full scholarship opportunity to immerse in Russian culture, learn Russian language and train at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy.

Enrollment
Admission to the Summer Intensive is competitive and by audition only. You will not be able to register for the program unless you have received a notification of Acceptance to the Summer Intensive as a result of your audition. Whether you are auditioning LIVE or sending your VIDEO audition, please allow for up to 2 weeks for notification of your audition result. Audition details on our website.
Housing
BBASI offers the following programs (housing details are program-specific): BBASI NY, Ages 15-22. Residential and day program with housing option in New York City. BBASI CT, Ages 9-14. Residential and day program with boarding at the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, CT. Bolshoi PREP, Ages 9-14. Day program in New York City with an option for residency when accompanied by a parent or guardian. NSLI for YOUTH Moscow, 6-week full scholarship opportunity to immerse in Russian culture, learn Russian language and train at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy.
Activities

Scholarships
