Radetsky will dance Franz in Coppelia with principal dancer Xiomara Reyes.

Sascha Radetsky started studying ballet in San Franscisco along with Ayako Takahashi and Damara Bennett. He went to Bolshoi Academy in Russia at 15 years of age and later on obtained a scholarship to study at Kirov Academy in Washington D.C.  Radetsky also trained on scholarship at the School of American Ballet, ABT School of Classical Ballet, and the Bolshoi Ballet Academy summer programs.

He joined ABT in 1995 as an apprentice and in 1996 was promoted to the corps de ballet. In 2003, he was promoted to soloist. Later in 2008, he joined the Dutch National Ballet as a principal dancer.  His repertoire at ABT includes: Orion in Sylvia, Camille in The Merry Widow, Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet, Gaston in Lady of the Camellias, and Prince Charming in Cinderella among others. As principal dancer at Dutch National Ballet, some of his roles inlcude Sanguinic in The Four Temperaments, The Son in Prodigal Son, Albrecht in Giselle, and Basillio in Don Quixote.

Radetsky has been the guest at galas and festivals throughout the world performing with Berlin Staatsballett, Rio de Janeiro Ballet do Theatro Municipal, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and more. He choreographed in 2012 for the Department of Theatre and Dance of Bucknell University and appeared in Benjamin Millepied’s Danses Concertantes, Ethan Stiefel’s Stiefel and Stars and Daniel Ulbricht’s Stars of American Ballet.

Recently he was named, along with his wife and fellow ABT soloist Stella Abrera, as repetiteurs-in-training to the Antony Tudor Ballet Trust. After his retirement from the stage and ABT, Radetsky is expected to appear in the 2015 television series, Flesh and Bone.
