Carrie Dorr, creator of Pure Barre and in the end of her second trimester, leads you through this 40 minute full body workout which is gentle yet highly effective. The workout targets your upper body, thighs, seat and outside seat/hip area. There is also an abdominal section which uses the ball behind your lower back for support.
