About Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School Summer Intensive Program
Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School has a distinguished reputation as an artistic and instructional leader of dance training, and provides an excellent opportunity for aspiring dancers to experinece a comprehensive curriculum in a professional environment. Under the direction of internationally renowned PBT Artistic Director, Terrence S. Orr, and School Directors, Majorie Grundvig, and Dennis Marshall, the Instensive Summer Program 2014 will include instruction by prominent PBT Faculty members and other accomplished guest teachers.

Enrollment
Students interested in our 2014 ISP need to audition at one of our 27 audition sites. Once students audition they will be notified of results with in 3 weeks of their audition.
Housing
Supervised dormitory housing is available for students at our dormitory partner, Chatham University, as well as PBT's own Byham House. Housing is $2350.
Activities
Planned outings are offered for ISP students on Sundays, which may include; theaters, dances, water parks,amusement parks, and sporting events.
Scholarships
Merit-based scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the School Directors. Limited financial assistance/ work-study is available to those who qualify. Applications are only considered after successful registration and payment of non-refundable $500 tuition deposit.
