hi everyone, my school school is having a talent show soon and i wanted to dance in it. i have been dancing ballet for 4 yrs now. i just dont know what variation to do!
last year at my ballet school i danced the lilac fairy variation in our spring show, and another year i did one from paquita. any ideas??? thanks :))
If you like slower variations, why not prayer from Coppelia? theres tons of videos on youtube for this variation. Or you could do the breadcrumb fairy variation from sleeping beauty, that one is beautiful.

thats a good idea but i should of said i wanted to do something fast but not canary fairy. i was thinking maybe flames of paris but thats got a lot of turns at the end.
Ooo, how about one of the odalisk(is that right?) from corsaire? Theres a fast one. have you seen the full length? theres three girl variations in the first act
if i could pick any variation, it would be the raymonda principal variation. its has such pretty music. it sort of starts off slow but has some quicker parts, so its a good mix. plus you get to do a clap on stage :] ;]
