I am not En Pointe, but I want to be in the future. For 11 years I’ve been doing soft ballet, modern, contemporary, lyrical etc. My point isn’t strong at all and I also naturally sickle. I know what I need to remember in order to not sickle (ie. Pushing the heel forward), but I was wondering if anyone knows any excersizes I can do for my feet that will make my point stronger/harder and to get my ankles and toes out of the habit of sickling+ any to neutralize my weight on both feet considering my arch. I have plans to go en pointe in the future and I know sickling well be a boulder in my improvement. This is why I need to get used to not sickling and have stronger feet and anckles.
    [Also I’m only 14]

Use a theraband and place it around the top of your foot. Then roll through flex, Demi, pointe for 29 reps. Build up to 50! Also do releves in first and neutral positions.(Focus on turnout!)

Hi, you can do many exercise for this situation. for example:
you can use a water bottle and put under of your foot ( used the bottle horizontally and move your foot on the bottle with slow movements front and Back), also you can do releves in neutral position.
