Getting back in shape advice

    So I’m off dance for basically this whole year cause of some surgeries (shoulders) and I was wondering if anyone has advice on staying in shape during this time especially since I can’t move for too long or else my shoulders start hurting. I especially need to keep my legs, glutes, abs, and back strong, so if anyone has some good workouts that don’t involve upper body I’d love to hear it.
