Recently, I began to notice that my left leg is significantly more hyperextended than my right. When I sit with my legs stretched out in front of me and stretch my legs, one knee is pressed firmly to the floor and my heel rises up. My other knee isn’t completely on the floor and my heel doesn’t rise up very high. Also, when I stand or walk, it feels uneven. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m worried it will put strain on my knee when I dance! D:
