Hello im a 34 year old ballerina in training, and I have been in this position too. I’m currently doing the natitlie portman black swan regime.
Ballerinas are strong and shouldn’t be afraid of anyone. I’m going to keep training, I find my flexibility increasing day by day. Remember to do your training and never forget God decides who lives and dies. A ballerina is beautiful why would, God kill one?
